Our new back care course has been designed by our experienced yoga teacher Lisa Roberts and our physiotherapist Ruth Bennett. The course aims to educate and teach you simple exercises and stretches you can do to strengthen your back, improve your flexibility and overall posture. A course manual is also included so that you can continue to practice all that is covered at home to keep your back healthy and strong.
Tuesdays 9.30 – 10.30 – A 5 week course. Only 6 – 8 people per class so lots of individual attention and advice.
